About the role:

• Develop and update technical trainings for distributors, OEMs, and dealers
• Align training content with HQ and European distributor network
• Continuously optimize classroom and digital training methods
• Support daily Training Center operations, e.g. room setup, participant reception

Qualifications:

• A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), Automotive Service Technician, Vehicle Service Trainer, Technical Trainer (Automotive), or equivalent
• Practical experience in diagnostics, repair and service (dealership/workshop)
• Interest in training and education: training experience a plus
• Solid English skills (written and spoken) for training development and delivery
• Strong self-organization, curiosity, and proactive learning mindset
• Clear, confident communication across diverse backgrounds
• Car driver’s license required; truck license an advantage
