About the role:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for Europe
• Manage the communications mailbox, ensuring timely, professional follow-ups
• Create content for newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content in English
• Translate complex topics into accessible language
• Design PowerPoint presentations for executives with strong visuals and strategic focus
• Support social media campaigns to boost visibility in Europe
• Produce platform-optimized graphics and content
• Coordinate with Communications Manager and cross-functional teams
• Assist with office operations: email triage, scheduling, ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in communications, marketing or related fields (e.g. PR, Business Psychology, Economic Psychology)
• Proven background in internal and external communications
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); German a plus
• Skilled in executive presentation design (PowerPoint)
• Excellent ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Independent and team-oriented, with a proactive mindset
• Flexible for global collaboration across time zones
• Familiarity with social media tools, digital platforms, and graphic creation a plus
