About the role:

• As a Product Owner (m/f/d) for electrical machines you are responsible for two teams, the electrical and magnetic design team and the mechanical design team
• You create and prioritize the product backlog that aligns with the product vision and goals and continuously refine it based on feedback and changing business needs
• Furthermore you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: purchasing, quality and industrialization to ensure that the product meets customer needs

Qualifications:

• Degree as an Electrical Engineer (f/m/d), Mechatronics Engineer (f/m/d), or a comparable engineering professional
• Experience in the design and/or production of electrical machines and understanding of the industry, products, and customer requirements
• Experience in collaborating with purchasing and selecting suppliers to ensure product quality
• Ability to address and solve quality issues
